When we receive customers’ requirments for their projects via email, phone, online message, website online form, etc, we will provide a preliminary evaluation according customers’ requirements on our exsiting solution. If Our exsiting solution is not work, we support to design and develop a new solution for customers. All inquiries will be replied within 15 hours.
To provide the proper solution to customer, Customer might need to offer imformation:
- The project’s situation, including the process,time plan for launch, mass production plan,etc.
- Your product’s work condition: For one cycle, how long it works? how long it stop? how long it works? How long it stops between cycle and cycle? How many cycles it work per day? Will it hit stall during operation?
- Motor related requirements: demension, voltage, load speed, load torque, shaft, etc.
- The special requirements of the motor: high temperature resistance, waterproof,lifetime, etc.
- The time plan for project, annual quantity of motor
product,etc

Requirements discussion
To ensure providing the best solution of DC gear motor, the sales engineers should discuss with customer some important infomation including:
- The installation demension for DC gear motor

Project Evaluation

And to confirm provide our exsiting solution or build a new solution. If to design a new DC gear motor, DONGMING design team will provide the project evaluation report for the development time, mold cost and risk.
Prototype sample manufacturing
To confirm all requirements with customers step by step, our R&D will utilize the design software to design a product or set a 2D/3D drawing for DC gear motor.
Sample performance test
When the sample is completed, our R&D team will test the DC gear motor’s all performance with our precise test equipment. If customers have lifetime requirement, we will provide the lifetime cycle test in laboratory.
