Production Line
Assembly Line In the gear motor assembly workshop, we set up the production line to assemble the motor and the gearbox.
The routine operations on the production line include gear placement, adding lubricating grease, screwing, wire welding, labeling, packaging, and more.
Each of the above steps has a corresponding quality inspection to ensure the quality of the finished gear motors. The routine quality inspection process includes gearbox inspection, no-load performance test, on-load performance test, noise inspection, etc.
